How to Remove pop up

My computer was attacked by malware! I used Malwarebytes to remove most o them last night. I thought that the computer was clean. But I got adware pop up notification today when I started computer. It warned me about website pop up. I tried use malwarebytes to solve the problem but my computer just froze up during scanning. The machine went into the restarting screen and froze. The malware was not removed after rebooting. It was not gone. Any advice?

Mozilla Firefox

  2. Go to General tab, reset the Home Page: delete and type one of your favorite websites.

Internet Explorer
  1. Launch Internet Explorer, click Tools button (gear icon) and select Internet
