How to Remove Completely

How can I remove I am using Mozilla Firefox. It seems like a type of browser hijacker as it changes homepage so suddenly. I have malwarebytes on computer but it does not detect this virus so that it does not remove this hijacker for me. Is there any tool can help me with this?

What is is a search application owned by Linkury Company. SafeFinder search application is a well-known search application but it is also a browser hijacker. When this application is installed on target computer, it modifies default home page setting and adds its search toolbar to Chrome, Firefox and IE. This page is also added to every new tab. The reason why it relishes the opportunity to hijack default homepage is to make computer users visit its domain when the affected web browser is opened. Users do not really know how it will be when this browser hijacker controls home page setting and what is going to happen in the future, even though users think this is a useful search page. Put another way, users may have no idea what will this browser hijacker do only after it starts showing fake pop up ads and search results. Most computer experts believe that there is wrong cognition for most users, and regardless of the dangers of a browser hijacker or negative events performed by it, a strange website which suddenly appears in a browser should be treated as potential unwanted. But the truth is that majority users do not realize the change of homepage and they just continue using its services.

Why users should be surprised if they find a new home page in web browser. Firstly, no one give permission to this browser hijacker to come in and it appears in browser by itself. It means that this browser hijacker comes to compute with no permission. it might be bundled with other installers or files. The installation of this application indicates there must be a carrier of it. Secondly, the changes of homepage and search provider are not permitted. If this application can set new settings to your computer, what if it makes some dangerous changes to break a loophole on your computer? Will other malware take change to get in to attack system? Thirdly, it displays fake pop up massage on screen to trick you into downloading some tools which are potentially unwanted.

When you go to the homepage of this website, you will see a search box in the middle of this page. Yes, this is what most search engines do: put their search box at the middle so that users can search things conveniently. But, the point is, under this box, there is a pop up window showing that you may need to fix Windows errors. And it convinces you to scan your computer to diagnose errors. Whether you click “no” or yes”, both options will redirect you to the same site. The site contains third party program or tools. The purpose of the redirection is to cheat you to download these so-called tools.

The pop up ads under the search box will be showed randomly. It changes all the time. But the theme of them does not change. No matter what kind of pop up ads appear, all they want is to scary you and then convince you to download security tools.

So again, the error massage showed under search box is fake. Needless to say, since it displays fake error massage and makes forcible changes in web browser, it should be removed instead of being kept.

What Information Will Be Collected by

Most browser hijacker will claim that the information they collect form uses is used for enhancing searches or improving services. But the fact is that, the information collected by browser hijacker is to analyze your online search habits. After, browser hijackers will show related ads which may meet your needs. For example, if you are search a kind of products online, you will get some pop up ads showing you similar products or websites before long. This browser hijacker collects information regarding your usage of the Services locally on your device, this information includes, among others, pages browsed and content viewed, offers and services that interest you, advertisement you were interested in, search quires and the time and date of your search, browsing history, interaction with social networks, and IP address, all as detailed herein. What it means is that, if you are a member of this website, you will reveal your personal information to third parties. Your personal information will be collected by this browser hijacker and it may sell them to third parties.
